This weekend was hard; I normally do all the cooking for the week on Saturday or Sunday. The hubby made some African food, which was finger-licking delicious!!!
I watched my portions. I got the curse so no exercise this weekend. Back to the gym on Monday. From 2/4/09 I have lost 4bls so far. I know its probably just water but I have cut out a few things. No juice drinks or soda. No pasta, no bread. It’s going to be a hard week. I found this incredible tea, it’s not a diet tea but I found that I like drinking tea and it keeps me from snacking. So here goes, today was a good. I had breakfast, lunch and light dinner. For breakfast I had a banana, lunch was steam vegetables and stir fried chicken. My dessert was interesting; I had some ricotta cheese cake, Delicious!!! In the afternoon I had some homemade yogurt. Dinner was a cup of saffron rice with a bit salsa.
I just got back from the gym, 1 hour on the treadmill, and 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. I had hives all over my back and I was in pain, but that’s what it feels like when you’re overweight and you’re re introducing exercise to your body!! I am not giving up!
I love Planet Fitness, they are open 24/7, so I go in when ever I want.

I get terrible headaches in the morning and I have found the best cure!! Two excedrins and I am saved—
