Oh!! it’s not easy. I love to cook, I feel like a sorcerer in the kitchen, mixing different spices. I never plan a meal, it just sort of comes together. I also believe that everything you put on a plate should be edible, even if you're using flowers to decorate a plate; I like to use edible flowers.
Ok, so back to the diet, today was ok, I have some great encouragement from work so I stayed on track. The goal for next week is to lose at least 5 pounds. A little bit at a time.

ReplyDeleteHey Girl!!! Its a fight we all go thru. I recomend doing a cleanse. It gets rid of a lot of waste in your system and after you feel so energized. Also drink tons of water. A trick I found is that if I drink a couple glasses of water before eating, I tend to not eat as much.
